Shipping policy
Where Retmay ships
Online orders ship from Retmay Distributors, 101 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101, to addresses inside the United States only. International shipments and freight quotes are arranged offline through the standard request a quote workflow.
Carrier and rates
Retmay ships through UPS using account number 175319. Rates are calculated at checkout from the UPS Rating service based on your shipping address and the contents of your cart. A flat $10 handling fee is included in the shipping line shown on the Stripe checkout page.
If UPS live rating is briefly unavailable when you place an order, Retmay falls back to placeholder ground tiers and reconciles the actual UPS amount against your order before shipping. Any meaningful change is confirmed with you first.
Service options
Standard service is UPS Ground (typically 3–5 business days within Retmay's regional service area). Faster UPS services may be selected at checkout when available.
Lead time
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. Eastern on a regular business day are typically packed the same day. Larger or backorder lines may take longer; Retmay will notify you if a line cannot ship right away.
Address accuracy
The address you enter at checkout is the address Retmay ships to. Retmay is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery address. Please review your address carefully on the Stripe checkout page before paying.
On-hand quantities and backorders
The website shows on-hand quantities where available. If you order more than the quantity on hand, the line is accepted, flagged on the order, and the available portion ships first. The remainder is treated as a backorder and shipped when stock returns; you will be contacted before any partial shipment if it would change your costs.
Items without an online price
Catalog items that do not yet have a published online price route to the standard request a quote workflow rather than to checkout. Custom kitting, VMI program parts, and special-source items are handled the same way.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when Retmay tenders the shipment to UPS. Lost or damaged shipments are handled through UPS claims; Retmay will help with documentation.
Existing-account customers
Existing customers on Retmay terms can continue to place orders through their account representative and pay open invoices through the Pay Center. Online checkout is intended for card-paid orders.
