Returns and refunds

Window

Most stocked Retmay hardware can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery as long as the items are unused, in original packaging, and resaleable. Custom kits, custom-cut, special-order, and obsolete items are not returnable.

Restocking

Standard returns within the 30-day window are accepted with no restocking fee when the items arrive resaleable. Returned clearance items are subject to a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Returns received after 30 days, or in non-resaleable condition, may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount at Retmay's discretion.

How to start a return

Email sales@retmay.com or call (717) 232-2433 with the order or invoice number, the item numbers and quantities you wish to return, and the reason. Retmay will issue a return authorization and ship-to instructions. Please do not ship items back without an authorization on file; unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless Retmay shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective. Use a trackable service so the package can be confirmed received.

Defective or wrong-item shipments

If a product arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, contact Retmay within 7 days of delivery. Retmay will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund and cover the return shipping in those cases.

Refund processing

Approved refunds for orders paid through Stripe are issued back to the original card. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. The handling fee and original shipping are refunded only when Retmay was at fault.

Existing-account customers

Customers on terms can also handle returns through their account representative. Credits are applied to the customer account or the original invoice. Open invoices can be paid through the Pay Center.

Limits

This policy describes Retmay's standard practice. It does not modify any written agreement Retmay has with a specific customer, and it does not extend any manufacturer warranty.
