A 7-inch Type 27 depressed center grinding wheel from the Norton NorZon Plus family, built around a ceramic and zirconia alumina grain blend that self-sharpens under pressure. The 24-grit specification is aggressive and is intended for fast stock removal — weld grinding, bevel prep, gouge removal, casting cleanup, and structural fab work.
The 1/8-inch thickness and Type 27 depressed center profile mate to a standard 7-inch right-angle grinder. The 5/8-11 threaded arbor mounts directly to the grinder spindle without a backing nut.
